Shipping policy

General Shipping Information:

For international orders there is a $25 International shipping fee. All watches and items are inspected before shipping and will not be shipped broken or damaged. Due to their old age, watches are carefully looked at and will not be sold if they are in bad shape. Montre Vintage is not responsible for any damage during shipping but don't hesitate to use the contact form and reach out if you believe your item was damaged before the shipment process.

 

Lost packages / awaiting on package arrival:

Montre Vintage provides tracking information and utilizes USPS for all shipments. Tracking ensures that both Montre Vintage and the buyer get protection. However, Montre Vintage is not responsible for any lost packages after the package has been scanned and a tracking number has been created. If you have an issue with your package arriving or being lost, please make sure to check the tracking number of the shipment to verify it's correct delivery location. Additionally, you can check with your local USPS if you have any further issues. Please reach out through our contact form if you are unable to resolve the issue.
